Why the redesign took so long?

At the same time, Classic Fitness Academy had grown a lot. New certifications, more classes, and a good name for making trainers who do well. Still, their website felt old and clunky, like going to a modern gym in clothes that don't fit anymore. It just wasn't as good as what they did in person.

Potential students wanted a clear, smooth path: quick info on programs, easy next steps, and something that works perfectly on mobile.
