The Challenge: A Logistics Platform That Needed Its Digital Foundation

Before Dollar Traq became an AI operating system, it needed the groundwork every serious logistics product stands on: a website that communicates a complex offering clearly, mobile apps customers actually use, and a backend that can manage the full shipment lifecycle across many users and delivery stages. Shippers, brokers, and carriers each needed their own view of the same moving freight.

The ProMonkey Solution: End to End Build Across Web, Mobile, and Backend

  • Marketing website: designed and developed to communicate Dollar Traq's logistics capabilities, features, and value proposition while supporting lead generation and product discovery for a technical B2B audience.
  • iOS and Android apps: customers track packages and shipments from their phones with real time updates and push notifications. The driver app later grew into the trust layer of the platform, with guided onboarding, CDL capture, facial liveness checks, digital check ins, eBOL signing, and GPS stamped proof of delivery with anti fraud capture (live camera only, GPS and timestamp watermark burned into the image, geofenced check ins).
  • Shipment management backend: administrators and logistics teams create and manage customer tracking records, shipment updates, tracking numbers, package status, and the overall shipment lifecycle across multiple users and delivery stages.
  • Carrier onboarding: identity verification, agreements, questionnaires, and user management in one flow, sent to a carrier as a single link.

The Impact

  • One platform now carries a shipment from creation to delivery confirmation, visible to every party that touches it.
  • The driver app turned the phone in the cab into the last mile of trust: check ins, signatures, and delivery proof without phone tag.
  • The architecture ProMonkey laid down here became the foundation the AI agent layer was later built on, without a rebuild.

Tech Stack

Next.js website, React Native mobile apps, custom REST backend, PostgreSQL, Stripe for payment rails, third party identity verification, ELD and telematics connectors

The public website, the iOS and Android apps, the carrier onboarding flow, and the backend that manages the shipment lifecycle.

Is this the same platform as the Dollar Traq AI agents?
Yes. This build is the foundation. The AI agent layer, Trust Score engine, and DT Pay payments were built on top of it, covered in the companion case study.
