Roughly two thirds of US Google searches now end without a click, so a brand can be more visible than ever and see flat traffic. What changed is the scoreboard.

Track citations, not just rankings

We report on citations in AI answers and presence in search features alongside rankings and sessions. If you only watch sessions you will conclude that good work failed when it actually succeeded somewhere your analytics cannot see.

Three numbers worth a line on the dashboard

  • Named mentions in AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini for your category questions.
  • Share of answer: how often you appear versus the two competitors you care about.
  • Assisted enquiries: leads who say they found you through an assistant, captured on the booking form.
Visibility moved from a list of links to a paragraph of text. Measure the paragraph.

None of this replaces the fundamentals. Technical health, authority and genuinely useful content still decide whether you get named at all.
